The Problem

Most migrations fail quietly — long after the go-live

The SEO agency said it was ready. No quantified risk score. No structured evidence review. An opinion dressed as a plan.

The developer said the redirects were done. No independent validation. No crawl audit against the source domain.

The CMO approved the date. No data on peak season risk. No baseline established. No rollback criteria defined.

Three months later, organic sessions are down 60%. Now it costs 10× more to diagnose and recover than the decision report would have cost.

The real cost of no decision A site with €50K/month in organic revenue, a 40% organic drop, and a 6-month recovery period loses €120K in revenue. The decision report costs €990. The math is not complicated.
What Omega Architect Is

Pre-migration technical due diligence — not SEO, not consulting

We apply a structured evidence review to your site's SEO, technical, and authority data. We compute a Quantitative Evidence Score. We produce a formal decision report with a clear recommendation: proceed, phase, pilot, or stop.

"We don't tell you how to migrate. We tell you whether it's safe to migrate — and exactly what would make it safer."

Not SEO Consulting

We don't optimise rankings. We assess migration risk and produce a decision document — before any URL changes hands.

Not a Tool

Software can't evaluate context, authority risk, or execution readiness. Every case is reviewed by a human analyst with migration experience.

Not an Agency

We don't implement migrations. We have no incentive to say "yes" to a migration that should be a "no." Our independence is the product.

What You Receive

Seven deliverables. One structured decision.

Every Omega Architect report includes these seven components — generated from your evidence, reviewed by your analyst, and delivered as a formal PDF decision document.

01
QES Score Block
Quantitative Evidence Score from 0–95%. Computed from 28 factors across authority, technical health, data quality, and execution readiness. Not an opinion — a calibrated number.
02
Executive Decision Statement
One clear recommendation per gate: BLOCK / PILOT / PHASED / EXECUTE / AGGRESSIVE. With the exact reasoning that produced it, in plain language.
03
Risk Matrix
Up to 8 risks ranked by probability and impact, scaled to your revenue and SEO dependency. Each includes a concrete mitigation action and accountable owner.
04
Migration Strategy
Phase plan derived from URL count, complexity, and confidence score. 1–4 phases. Each phase has scope, duration, validation criteria, and a go/no-go gate.
05
KPI Framework
Four universal KPIs plus conditional metrics by migration type — with baselines, targets, monitoring cadence, and alert thresholds for each.
06
Rollback Criteria
Objective triggers for rollback consideration, defined before go-live. Monitoring window scaled to your confidence score. Decision owner named explicitly.
07
Evidence Assessment
A review of all submitted data files against the required evidence set. Gaps are documented. Missing evidence that would change the recommendation is flagged explicitly.
Who This Is For

Built for teams with something to lose

Omega Architect makes economic sense when the cost of a migration failure exceeds the cost of the decision report by a factor of 10 or more. That threshold is crossed at €5K/month in organic-dependent revenue.

Right Fit

E-commerce stores with €10K+ monthly organic revenue planning a domain or platform migration
SaaS companies migrating from subdomain to root domain or consolidating international domains
Lead-gen sites where organic traffic is the primary acquisition channel and the business is SEO-dependent
CMOs or CEOs who need an independent opinion before approving a migration budget or go-live date
Agencies who need a defensible third-party risk document before recommending a migration to their client
Teams who have already been burned by a migration failure and need a structured recovery assessment

Not the Right Fit

Sites with less than 3 months of GA4 or GSC data — we cannot establish a baseline
Teams looking for an SEO consultant to manage the migration for them
Businesses where organic search represents less than 15% of revenue or less than 20% of traffic
Teams who need implementation support, redirect mapping, or platform engineering
Pricing

One case. One analyst. One fixed fee.

No retainers. No hourly billing. No hidden scoping fees. The price reflects the complexity and revenue risk of your migration — set at submission.

Process

Six steps. Decisions before anything moves.

01
Submit Your Case

Complete the 10-section intake form. This takes 8–12 minutes and captures everything needed to compute your initial QES score: site profile, traffic and revenue data, technical status, authority signals, data quality, and execution readiness.

~10 minutes
02
Upload Evidence Files

A secure, time-limited upload link is emailed to you immediately after submission. Upload your GA4 export, GSC performance report, crawl audit, backlink data, Core Web Vitals report, sitemaps, and IA documents. The more you provide, the higher the report precision.

Your timeline
03
Analyst Review

Your assigned analyst reviews all submitted evidence against the 28 QES factors. They validate the preliminary score, identify any gaps that would change the recommendation, and draft the full Decision Report.

24–96 hours depending on tier
04
QES Calculation

The QES engine runs with the full evidence set. Hard blockers are checked first. Positive factors and penalty factors are computed. The confidence score is clamped to 0–95% and mapped to a gate: BLOCK, PILOT, PHASED, EXECUTE, or AGGRESSIVE.

Automated + analyst-validated
05
Decision Report Issued

The complete 7-section report is finalised, all sections locked, and delivered to your email as a PDF. Your analyst presents the key findings during the 30-min review call (Standard and Priority tiers).

Report delivered by email
06
Execute with Confidence

You have a structured, evidence-based decision document. Your migration team executes from the strategy. Your KPIs are pre-defined. Your rollback criteria are on paper before anyone touches DNS. You know what "safe" looks like.

Your migration. Our decision framework.

"We are not the team that migrates your site.
We are the decision that precedes the team that migrates your site."

Your developer implements the migration. Your SEO agency optimises the rankings. We tell you whether either of those is safe to do right now — and exactly what would make it safer.

FAQ

Questions before you decide

What is the QES and how is it calculated?

The Quantitative Evidence Score is a 0–95% confidence index computed from 28 factors across domain authority, historical data quality, Core Web Vitals, backlink profile, technical health, redirect readiness, staging environment, team readiness, and evidence completeness. It is engine-generated and analyst-validated — not a subjective rating.

What happens if the decision is BLOCK?

A BLOCK recommendation means migration should not proceed in its current state. The report identifies the specific blockers, the mitigation path for each, and the conditions under which a re-assessment would likely produce a different outcome. You can resubmit after resolving blockers.

How long does the process take?

Core cases: 72–96 hours after all evidence is submitted. Standard: 48–72 hours. Priority: 24 hours. The clock starts when your evidence upload is complete — not at submission.

Do I need to have all evidence files ready to submit?

No. You submit the intake form first, then upload evidence files via a secure link at your own pace. Missing evidence reduces QES confidence and is noted in the report. We recommend submitting the case first and assembling evidence in parallel.

Is this a retainer or ongoing service?

No. Each case is a single, fixed-fee engagement. There are no retainers, monthly fees, or subscriptions. You pay once, per migration decision.

What types of migrations do you cover?

Domain changes, platform migrations (e.g. Magento → Shopify), site redesigns with URL restructures, HTTP → HTTPS migrations, subdomain consolidations, and international domain merges. If it moves URLs and you have organic traffic worth protecting, we can assess it.

Can you implement the migration for us?

No. We only produce the decision document. We have no implementation capability and no financial incentive to recommend you proceed. Our independence is the value — a migration agency has every incentive to say "yes" regardless of risk.

What if we need a decision fast — same day?

Priority tier (€1,990) is designed for 24-hour turnaround. For same-business-day cases (€2,490), contact us directly before submitting so we can confirm analyst availability.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Standard NDA available on request before submission. For enterprise clients, we review mutual NDAs. Evidence files are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage and deleted after report delivery unless you request retention.

What if the migration already happened and we're in recovery?

Submit the case and select your migration type. Note in the context field that the migration is complete and you need a post-migration assessment. We adjust the report structure to focus on recovery diagnosis rather than go/no-go recommendation.
